Track completed actions and effort instead of unfinished tasks
Reverse To-Do List is a Claude Code skill for ADHD users who lose sight of what they accomplished. It logs completed actions, assigns each entry an effort score, groups work into categories such as self-care, emotional labor, creative time, and rest, then produces an end-of-day recap. The list can also sync with Obsidian and Notion.
