Project overview

ForgeCAD Public Kit is the public companion repository for the ForgeCAD code-first CAD product. It contains runnable `.forge.js` models, installable agent workflows, documentation links, issue tracking, and historical benchmark artifacts. Users can open, validate, render, inspect, or export examples through the ForgeCAD CLI. The hosted browser workbench, project storage, and core application source live elsewhere, and the CLI and hosted product are governed by separate product terms.

It supplies opinionated HTML templates, CSS design tokens, React components, and entrance or transition animations built around typography, restrained color, and flat layouts. Chinese typography and reduced-motion preferences are handled explicitly, while static exports preserve the completed visual state.

Open Design connects a local-first desktop workspace to coding agents through skills, a CLI, and an MCP server. It can generate web, desktop, and mobile prototypes, live dashboards, slide decks, images, video, and motion graphics, then preview them in a sandbox and export HTML, PDF, PPTX, or MP4 files. The app supports macOS and Windows, uses bring-your-own model credentials, and can also run headlessly from a compatible agent.
