Open Design connects a local-first desktop workspace to coding agents through skills, a CLI, and an MCP server. It can generate web, desktop, and mobile prototypes, live dashboards, slide decks, images, video, and motion graphics, then preview them in a sandbox and export HTML, PDF, PPTX, or MP4 files. The app supports macOS and Windows, uses bring-your-own model credentials, and can also run headlessly from a compatible agent.

Upscayl uses Real-ESRGAN models to enlarge images and reconstruct detail in low-resolution or pixelated material on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Users can also try additional models or convert their own. The desktop app requires a Vulkan-compatible GPU, and many integrated GPUs may not work. It is intended for resolution enhancement rather than correcting out-of-focus or heavily blurred images.

ImageGlass is a cross-platform desktop viewer for quickly navigating more than 90 image formats, including WEBP, JXL, SVG, HEIC, AVIF, HDR, and RAW files. Version 10 supports Windows, Apple silicon Macs, and Linux. The Classic edition is free and updated manually, while the paid Microsoft Store edition includes a seven-day trial and automatic updates.

Open CoDesign is a local-first desktop app that turns prompts into interactive prototypes, slide decks, and marketing assets, with live preview, pinned comments, and targeted visual adjustments. It supports Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi, GLM, Ollama, and OpenAI-compatible providers, and can import existing Claude Code or Codex configurations. Projects can be exported as HTML, PDF, PPTX, ZIP, or Markdown. Cloud providers require the corresponding API key or subscription, while a local model can support offline use.
