Scaffold a new project, backlog, conventions, and first Git commit in one chat.
claude-scaffold-project asks a small set of setup questions, previews every file, and then creates project documentation, conventions, an initial backlog item, and optional Node CLI or Python MCP starter files before initializing Git. It can also backfill missing structure without overwriting existing files and promote reusable infrastructure patterns into future extension packs. The skill itself is written in Russian.
