Supply Chain Forecast Diagnosis analyzes CSV or Excel data containing SKU, date, forecast quantity, and actual quantity. It validates the input, calculates operational and demand-only WMAPE, forecast variance, and planner Forecast Value Add when available, then segments items with ABC and ADI/CV² patterns. The generated workbook includes executive findings, coverage checks, charts, SKU and location detail, and prioritized actions. It does not infer safety stock, reorder points, or stockouts without inventory, lead-time, and service-level data.
