Add OAuth 2.0 authentication to legacy IMAP, POP, and SMTP clients.
Email OAuth2 Proxy sits between an older email client and an IMAP, POP, or SMTP server, adding OAuth 2.0 authentication without requiring the client to support it. This can keep legacy software working with Exchange Online, Gmail, and similar providers that have retired basic password login. It can run from prebuilt desktop packages or a self-hosted Python installation, but setup requires OAuth client credentials and an authorization flow. Debug logging may expose message content or credentials, so it should be enabled cautiously.
