Preserve, recall, and prune project context across AI assistant sessions.
memory-map bundles three skills that preserve project progress, decisions, and pending work after a conversation ends, recall relevant context in later sessions, and propose cleanup when stored memory becomes stale or cluttered. It uses a local Markdown file in Claude Code, the persistent memory interface on claude.ai, and can be installed in other tools that support the Agent Skills format.
