Steno records meetings, labels speakers, creates transcripts and summaries, and answers questions across one note or the full meeting library while keeping the default workflow on the user's machine. Personal notes can be folded into reports, and transcripts or summaries remain editable Markdown. macOS on Apple Silicon is the primary platform; the Windows build is still an unsigned alpha, and first-time setup downloads sizable transcription and summarization models.
