Detect and translate text inside comics across common image and archive formats.
Import comic images, PDFs, EPUBs, CBRs, or CBZs into the desktop app, or use its Chromium extension while reading online. Comic Translate detects text, runs OCR, removes the original lettering, translates it, and renders the result back onto the page, with a manual mode for correcting failed detection or cleanup. Prebuilt apps are available for Windows and macOS, while GPU acceleration currently requires running from source.
