Harbor is a CLI and companion app that assembles local model backends, chat interfaces, and supporting services through preconfigured Docker Compose integrations. Users choose components such as Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM, Open WebUI, SearXNG, speech, or image tools and start them together with a single command, while Harbor centralizes configuration and logs. It is intended as a local LLM development and experimentation environment rather than a production deployment platform.

Docker MCP Gateway is a Docker CLI plugin that can run with Docker Desktop or independently. It isolates MCP servers in containers, organizes them with profiles and OCI catalogs, and gives clients such as VS Code, Cursor, and Claude Desktop one gateway for tools, prompts, and resources. Secrets, OAuth, discovery, and call tracing are supported; Docker Desktop users need version 4.59 or newer with the MCP Toolkit.

agr treats agent skills like project dependencies for teams. It installs skills from Git repositories or local directories into detected AI tools, records the desired set in `agr.toml`, and pins exact versions in `agr.lock` so teammates can reproduce the same environment with one sync command. Users can also upgrade skills deliberately or run one temporarily with `agrx` without adding it to the project configuration.

Agent Skills CLI manages skills across tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other coding assistants from one command line. It can install from a marketplace, public or private Git repositories, and npm packages, then update or synchronize selected targets. Lockfile-based installs, conflict checks, quality tests, and sandbox previews help users inspect collections before wider rollout. The CLI requires Node.js 18 or later.
