Trace site-plan lots into clean JSON and SVG geometry
Lot Mapper lets a person load a real-estate plan image, click polygon corners for each lot, refine points, tag numbers or availability, and export JSON with paths in the image’s pixel space. The browser tool is a single dependency-free HTML file that works offline, saves progress locally, and can be driven by a Claude skill through a small local helper. Human tracing remains the source of the boundaries; the tool does not infer them automatically.
