Route a task to the right installed skill with explicit risk gates
skill-triage turns a task into a routing plan with a restatement, complexity tier, risk flags, ranked skill choices, rejected options, execution order, and a proceed-or-ask verdict. Destructive or irreversible work always gets a confirmation gate, while an empty local match can trigger scrubbed discovery from a small registry allow-list. The tool is advisory: it recommends a route but does not block the caller or run the task itself.
