Scan and safely remove Mac caches, developer artifacts, and large files.
Purge helps reclaim Mac storage by scanning application caches, system junk, and developer artifacts from tools such as Xcode, Homebrew, npm, Docker, and project build folders. A separate large-file view searches common personal folders with size, age, type, Quick Look, and Finder controls. Deletions go to the Trash by default rather than being permanently erased.
