MonitorControl adjusts external display brightness, volume, and contrast from Apple media keys, custom shortcuts, or menu bar sliders while showing native macOS overlays. It can combine DDC, Apple display protocols, and software dimming across multiple screens. Hardware control depends on the monitor and connection, and some built-in Mac HDMI paths do not support DDC.

Linux users can launch titles through Wine or Proton and check compatibility information, while macOS users can use Crossover. Games and applications outside the supported stores can also be added to the local collection.

Stretchly runs in the background and alternates short and long break reminders to help interrupt extended computer sessions. It supports macOS, Windows, and Linux with configurable preferences. On macOS, Gatekeeper may require the user to manually approve the app on first launch.
