ProxyPal turns accounts from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and compatible providers into a local OpenAI-style endpoint for coding clients such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Cline. Its desktop interface manages connections, monitors requests, tracks usage, and can configure detected assistants automatically. Builds are available for macOS, Windows, and Linux, although the unsigned macOS release may require a manual Gatekeeper workaround.
