COMPASS Skills helps preserve the context that usually disappears across long agent sessions. Its local workflows clarify ambiguous work, maintain a repository task graph, create paste-ready handoffs, and keep an auditable collaboration profile; additional skills turn execution history into new skill designs or upgrade plans. Runtime data stays local by default, but the user profile is stored as unencrypted plaintext and should not contain secrets.

This collection covers contracts, HR, finance, writing, research, and automation, backed by MCP tools for PDF operations, spreadsheets, Word documents, presentations, and format conversion. It also includes extensible jurisdiction or industry knowledge and several prebuilt professional personas. Some document operations require building and connecting the local Office MCP server first.

The collection works with several Agent Skills-compatible hosts, including Claude Code, Codex, and OpenClaw, using platform-specific installation paths. Some workflows call Skywork, Mureka, or related external APIs and therefore require the appropriate credentials.
