Build a file-based agent loop that executes and verifies long coding tasks.
Define the goal, non-goals, and a verifiable done condition, and the skill scaffolds the vision, specs, plan, prompts, and Bash engine for a repeatable loop. After one plan approval, a maker and separate verifier iterate one task at a time, run checks, and commit checkpoints. It is designed for a single-machine Git repository and needs the claude CLI for unattended runs; you still review the final diff and evidence.
