Remove macOS quarantine flags and ad-hoc sign apps that cannot be opened normally.
Sentinel lets macOS users drop an app onto a target or use a Finder context action to remove quarantine, and it can ad-hoc self-sign an app when its certificate is unusable. It supports macOS 13 and later and can be installed from releases or Homebrew. Development and releases have been on hold since the end of 2025, so users should not expect timely compatibility fixes or support.
