Project overview

Map an existing business process by having the agent interview you about actors, sequence, tools, decisions, and pain points before it draws anything. Process Builder converts the confirmed model into an editable draw.io swimlane and can propose quick-win or fuller automation variants for a future-state process. Its zero-dependency Python generator validates the JSON and handles layout; the interview guidance is currently written in Italian.

Ask a product-management question and the skill selects five relevant experts from an index of 302 Lenny’s Podcast guests. It reads their full interview transcripts in parallel, presents each perspective, and synthesizes shared themes, disagreements, and actionable takeaways with citations and timestamps. Local transcript files, Python 3.9 or newer, and Claude Code are required.
