Mouser lets you customize Logitech HID++ mice with button mappings, gestures, DPI controls, Smart Shift, and profiles that change with the foreground app. It runs locally on Windows, macOS, and Linux without telemetry or an account, but Logitech Options+ must be closed; macOS and Linux also require the relevant system permissions.
