lld-flow-explorer reads sequence diagrams, state machines, and flow charts from an LLD, HLD, RFC, or runbook and produces one self-contained HTML explorer with no build step. Readers can choose a flow, play or scrub request hops, inspect wire messages and state machines, and see the active route highlighted on a shared system map. It is intended for documents with several flows through common components; a single linear flow or class diagram is better left static.

It embeds assets locally, masks identifier columns, and supports print or PDF output, but does not perform inferential analysis or handle images, waveforms, or free text.

Have the agent emit semantic JSON instead of raw HTML, then render it as a self-contained file with styles, scripts, and fonts included. Reports, diagrams, or documents can be stacked into a persistent dashboard and restyled later without changing their content. The files open offline and can also be published through GitHub Pages or a custom deployment.
