This Windows desktop app starts a local file-sharing service and shows user and administrator URLs with QR codes, so phones, tablets, and computers on the same Wi-Fi or LAN can upload, download, and bundle files through a browser. Guest, user, and administrator roles, visibility groups, and audit logs help control access. Uploads are stored as original binary data, with modification times preserved when possible. Because the service is exposed to the reachable network, it should be used only on trusted LANs, and the default administrator password should be changed after first launch.
