Use an encrypted remote desktop client for macOS and Windows with self-hosted MirrorX servers.
MirrorX is the desktop client in an open-source remote-control stack; a complete self-hosted deployment also uses separate Portal Server and Relay Server components that can run on premises or in the cloud. The current client supports macOS and Windows and documents end-to-end encryption, GPU acceleration, and high-resolution remote control. The project is still at an early stage and does not guarantee backward compatibility. Linux, Android, iOS, and web clients remain work in progress rather than available targets.
