Project overview

Claude Coach uses training history, event goals, injuries, travel, and equipment constraints to create plans for marathons, triathlons, and other endurance events. Users can enter fitness data manually or connect Strava, then edit, move, and complete workouts in a browser-based plan that stores data locally. Workouts can be exported to calendars, Zwift, Garmin, or TrainerRoad formats. It requires Claude.ai or Claude Code with network-enabled Skills, and Strava access requires user-created API credentials.

Use Claude Code to run an ongoing D&D 5e campaign with dice rolls, combat, NPCs, character state, and story progress preserved between sessions. An optional companion can stream narration and party status to a TV or tablet while players submit actions from their phones. The skill is built specifically for Claude Code.
