Use codenav to orient an AI coding agent before it edits an unfamiliar repository. Its doctrine chains Qdrant for cross-session memory, Graphify for architecture, Beacon for meaning-based file discovery, and Serena for live symbol locations and references, with scripts for impact analysis and index upkeep. It is not another MCP server; the underlying tools must already be available, and Beacon's semantic step needs an embedding backend.
