agent-browser gives AI agents commands to open pages, capture accessibility snapshots, click or fill referenced elements, read text, take screenshots, and manage tabs. Its native Rust CLI can also run as an MCP server with selectable tool profiles. Chrome must be installed or downloaded for automation, while features such as the encrypted authentication vault are opt-in.

Use one CLI to find, install, update, or remove skills across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, and many other agents. It can also generate a selected skill prompt or launch a supported agent without installing the skill into an agent directory. Sources can come from GitHub, GitLab, generic Git URLs, or local paths, with project or global installation; support for advanced fields still varies by agent.

BrowserAct gives AI agents commands for navigation, element inspection, clicking, form input, and data extraction while keeping parallel tasks and accounts in separate sessions. For protected pages, it can use stealth modes, CAPTCHA handling, or a remote-assist link for human takeover. Core browser automation is free, while managed proxies and more than five stealth browsers are paid.

Open Record/Replay captures a demonstrated macOS workflow as structured mouse, keyboard, window, selection, and accessibility events. The resulting session can be validated and packaged as input for an agent to create a reusable skill, which is useful for cross-application tasks without a clean API. The project is alpha software, requires macOS permissions, and does not include screenshots in its current core recording path.
