Run and manage local containers and Kubernetes from a desktop application.
Rancher Desktop brings a local container runtime and Kubernetes environment to Windows, macOS, and Linux development machines. Developers can manage the environment through the desktop app and use the included rdctl command-line tool for automation. A limited HTTP API also exists, but the project describes it as internal and experimental, so integrations built directly on that API may need changes between versions.
