winapp CLI brings Windows SDK setup, package identity, manifests, certificates, signing, and MSIX packaging into a single command-line workflow for .NET, C++, Electron, Rust, Tauri, Flutter, and other frameworks. It can also be used in CI/CD pipelines, but the project is still in public preview and the main branch may differ from released builds.
