Desktop Commander MCP equips clients such as Claude with local terminal execution, filesystem search and editing, process sessions, long-running commands, and support for formats including Excel, PDF, and DOCX. It can be installed through npx or run in Docker. The server is not itself a security sandbox: allowed-directory settings restrict file tools but do not fully contain terminal commands. Docker isolation and narrowly mounted folders are therefore important when working with untrusted tasks.

Capture clicks, typing, navigation, and waits with a visual recorder, edit and replay the workflow, then export it as reusable MCP commands or Skills files for AI agents. BrowserWing also offers an agent-friendly CLI, an HTTP automation API, session and cookie management, and built-in scripts that return structured data. It requires an accessible Chrome or Chromium installation.

Install and update Agent Skills from GitHub, local folders, or ZIP files, validate them against the specification, and manage their metadata from one toolkit. SkillPort can deliver skills through a CLI or MCP server and uses search-first, on-demand loading for large collections. It is still under active development, so its APIs may change.

agent-lsp orchestrates existing language servers and exposes their code intelligence to AI agents through MCP. It keeps language servers warm between sessions, combines many routine calls into batch operations, and supports workflows such as caller analysis and speculative edits. The project documents 65 tools, 24 agent workflows, and CI-verified support for 30 languages.
