Pear is a hosted MCP integration for Claude Code and OpenClaw that connects to iCloud Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, and Mail. It exposes scheduling, contact lookup, reminder management, and mail operations through natural-language requests, with support for macOS, Linux, and Windows. Setup requires a Pear account, an Apple app-specific password, and an API key; the project says connected data is proxied in real time rather than stored on Pear’s servers.

Run `/patterns` to scan recent sessions, decisions, drafts, and journal entries for themes or working habits that keep returning. It proposes up to five evidence-backed captures—such as CLAUDE.md rules, concept notes, writing seeds, or skill improvements—and writes them only after you confirm. First-time setup requires paths to your notes, and the plugin sends a one-time anonymous install signal unless you opt out.

session-tab-namer gives every new Claude Code session an immediate fallback label, then replaces it with a semantic name such as `build:*`, `research:*`, or `debug:*` once the objective is clear. It works across common terminal emulators and tmux, persists names for other tools, and uses a SessionStart hook whose installer requires jq.

Joplin Note Tabs adds a tab panel to the Joplin desktop app so you can keep several notes open and pin important ones. Tabs can include navigation controls, checklist progress, and breadcrumbs, and they can be arranged horizontally or vertically and controlled with shortcuts. Pinned tabs persist in the local database but do not sync to other devices, and the plugin requires Joplin 1.8.2 or newer.
