Memos offers a timeline-first space for quickly capturing Markdown notes without navigating a folder hierarchy. It can run as a single Go binary or a small Docker deployment backed by SQLite, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Notes remain portable, the application reports no telemetry, and REST and gRPC APIs make it practical to connect other tools and automations.
