clu coordinates multiple AI coding agents through a local SQLite issue tracker and single-binary CLI. It supports atomic issue claims, capability routing, dependency graphs, checkpoints, locks, mailboxes, milestones, and inherited context, while keeping writes in a local log. There is no daemon, server, account, or network requirement, making it suited to agents sharing one machine.
