Presentation Report Preflight turns a topic, source document, old presentation, or data set into a structured strategy brief before slide production begins. The brief defines the audience, objective, narrative framework, timing, conclusion-led title chain, slide-level content specifications, evidence status, speaker notes, and Q&A risks. It does not draw the presentation; it produces a machine-checkable handoff contract for a downstream slide-generation skill.

funasr-transcribe runs FunASR and SenseVoiceSmall locally to transcribe m4a, mp3, wav, and other audio, with support for 50-plus languages, voice-activity segmentation, punctuation, filler removal, and automatic device selection. AIlice is a general-purpose autonomous agent that runs from the terminal or a web interface. It can read and analyze documents, conduct focused research, write and execute scripts, perform system-administration tasks, and support voice interaction. Cloud models impose few local hardware demands, but the project says effective local use generally needs a model of at least 70B parameters and two RTX 4090 GPUs, with Ubuntu offering the best compatibility.

Its speaking rules, reasoning framework, examples, and categorized lines aim to support the user without taking over their choices.
